KLIA Future Development

This time I investigated about the future development of Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA). So I explain about this future development concept. KLIA is Malaysia’s main international airport and one of the biggest airports in Southeast Asia and worldwide. It is located in Sepang District of Selangor, approximately 45 kilometers south of Kuala Lumpur city center and serves the Greater Klang Valley conurbation.

 The completion date of all the planned facilities are undecided.

 The KLIA Main Terminal Building (MTB) now also referred to as KLIA Main is located in between the two runways. And it has one satellite and will have another in the future.

KLIA2 (Terminal 2) was built to replace the previous Low Cost Carrier Terminal (LCCT).
